DISCLAIMER

1. Centre for e-Governance of DPAR, e-Governance Department is the nodal agency for managing the RTI Online application portal. The respective departments are responsible for disposal of RTI applications received online through the portal.
2. With reference to point 1, only the issues regarding RTI Online portal, may be addressed to the RTI Online PMU of CeG. Any complaints with regard to RTI applications, delays in disposal in stipulated time needs to be submitted to the departmental nodal officers of respective departments only. The department wise Nodal Officers list is available in the RTI Online portal.
3. The RTI ONLINE Application/Appeal does not have the provision to transfer an application online, under Section 6 (3) of the RTI Act to any Public Authority where-in RTI ONLINE facility is still not on-boarded in the portal.
4. The RTI online application/appeal can be filed only for the public authorities which are listed in the public authority menu of the RTI online portal. If RTI application/appeal needs to be submitted to the public authority which are not listed in this portal, it is recommended to file RTI Application in Physical Form (Hard Copy) to such Public Authorities.
5. Do not Upload UID/Aadhaar Card/Pan Card/Passport/Personal Data.
